We offer professional liability insurance for health care consultants. While not actively engaged in diagnostic or patient care, the services provided have some impact on the administration or oversight of medical care requiring coverage for contingent liability exposure for wrongful acts in the performance of their professional services. Health care consultants do not require a full managed care E&O or medical professional liability policy, but often they cannot find adequate coverage for their E&O exposures in a typical miscellaneous professional liability policy.
